If something shows up that’s a manufacturing fault, we’ll sort it with a replacement or refund.

When will I get my order?
Check the order status above the Add to Cart button — it shows whether your gear is in stock or on pre-order, and which shipment yours is on.
In stock: dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery is then 1–3 days Auckland, 2–4 days North Island, 3–7 days South Island, 4–8 days rural South Island.
Those timeframes start once your order is in our warehouse. On pre-order, add the lead time shown above.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your gear and your address. Order multiple items and they ship as one freight charge — accessories added to a tent order ship at no extra cost.
Shipping to Australia? Ddelivered to your closest freight depot for collection. Duties, GST and customs clearance are covered by us.
