RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Stoke Supply Co., we want you to love your gear as much as we do.
If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns of items that are unused, in brand-new condition, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

If your item meets these criteria, simply complete our Returns & Exchanges Form to get started.
Please note — customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are provided for the product purchase price only; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Fill out our Returns & Exchanges Form to start your request.

  2. Once approved, send your item to our Auckland workshop in its original carton or packaging.
    Please include a proof of purchase or packing slip.

  3. After we receive and inspect your return, our team will review it and determine the best option — replacement, repair, or refund.

  4. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
    Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement once processed.
