ABOUT STOKE SUPPLY CO.
We’re two mates from New Zealand—full-time engineers and part-time adventure enthusiasts—who live for the ocean, the bush, and the back roads.
Between spearfishing, hunting, and camping, we wanted gear we could trust in real conditions… so we started Stoke Supply Company.
Our promise is simple: reliable outdoor gear we use ourselves. If it doesn’t earn a spot in our own kit, it doesn’t make it to the store.
WHY WE STARTED
On too many trips we found gear that looked great online but failed out in the wild — often too heavy for long hauls, yet still compromising on quality.
With our engineering background, we began sourcing and refining products with a tighter spec: lightweight without sacrificing durability, functional, simple to use, and good value built for NZ conditions and weekend missions that sometimes turn into full-blown epics.
HOW WE TEST

Real trips, real abuse: camping missions, beach launches, wind, salt, rain, cold mornings.

Iterate or bin it: if a product doesn’t perform, we improve it—or we don’t sell it.
