STOKE PROMISE

New Zealand can be brutal on gear — wind, rain, salt, sun. We design and select our products with that in mind, and we back them up.

For 12 months from the purchase date, Stoke Supply Company warrants products to the original owner (with proof of purchase) against defects in materials or workmanship. If a manufacturing defect shows up, we’ll replace the item or refund you — simple as that.


WHAT’S COVERED

  • Faults in materials (e.g., fabric, hardware, stitching)

  • Faults in workmanship that affect normal use


WHAT’S NOT COVERED

  • Wear and tear from normal use (scratches, scuffs, faded logos, etc.)

  • Improper use or installation, overloading, or not following care instructions

  • Accidental damage (tears from branches, transport damage, impact, crushed poles, etc.)

  • Modifications/alterations or use with incompatible racks/fixtures

  • Improper storage (e.g., stored wet, mold/mildew, UV neglect)

  • Loss, theft, or commercial/rental use

We don’t run a repair service — this warranty is strictly replacement or refund at our discretion.


HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

  1. Fill out the Warranty Claim Form (order number, purchase date, description).

  2. Add clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

  3. Our team will assess and respond with the outcome.

If your claim is approved, we’ll replace the product or issue a refund.
You’re responsible for sending the item to us for assessment; if approved, we’ll ship your replacement free within New Zealand to the original delivery method/address.


PROOF & TIMING

  • Keep your receipt or order confirmation — it’s required.

  • Coverage runs 12 months from the original purchase date.

  • This policy applies to the original owner only.
