Delivery options

• Depot Pickup (fastest):
  At checkout, enter your address and we’ll route the shipment to the closest freight depot for collection. We’ll email you when it’s ready.

• Door-to-Door:
  Prefer delivery to your home or business? Contact us with your address for a confirmed quote and ETA.

Typical timeframes (business days)

• Auckland: 1–3 days

• North Island: 2–4 days

• South Island: 3–7 days

Heads-up: Tent package is large and heavy. For depot pickup, you’ll need roof racks or a trailer—most vehicles won’t fit the box inside.

• Orders placed after our daily cut-off or on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day
