We sell and ship throughout New Zealand.
We also ship to Australia by quote — contact us with your delivery address before ordering for a confirmed price and ETA.

ORDER STATUS & PRE-ORDERS

Each product page shows its current status under the price:

IN STOCK — ready to go. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped per the timeframes below.
PRE-ORDER — your order secures a unit from our next shipment. Your payment is taken at checkout to hold your unit; once it arrives and dispatches, the normal delivery timeframes below apply.

We'll keep you updated on progress and email tracking the moment your order is on its way. Questions about timing? Contact us before ordering.

We use reliable national freight partners. You’ll receive email tracking updates when your order is on the move.

Delivery options

Depot Pickup (fastest):
At checkout, enter your address and we’ll route the shipment to the closest freight depot for collection. We’ll email you when it’s ready.
Door-to-Door:
Prefer delivery to your home or business? Contact us with your address for a confirmed quote and ETA.

Typical timeframes (Depot Collection), in business days:

Auckland: 1–3 days (free)
North Island: 2–4 days (from $149)
South Island: 3–7 days (from $299)

Timeframes are estimates and can vary with location, freight capacity, or weather. Rural deliveries typically add extra time.

Heads-up: Tent package is large and heavy. For depot pickup, you’ll need roof racks or a trailer—most vehicles won’t fit the box inside.

We ship to Australia by quote. Orders are delivered to your nearest freight depot for collection. Contact us with your delivery address and we’ll confirm freight cost and timeframe before you order.
