Throughout New Zealand. All prices include GST.

We also ship to Australia, delivered to your closest freight
depot for collection.

ORDER STATUS

Every product page shows its current status under the price.

  • IN STOCK — ready to go. Dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • PRE-ORDER — your payment holds a unit from our next shipment. The product page shows how far out it is.

We'll keep you updated, and you'll get tracking the moment your order moves. Change your mind before it ships and we'll refund you in full.

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Freight is calculated at checkout based on your items and your address. Multiple items in one order are combined into a single charge — you're never charged freight per item.

Delivery options

  • Door-to-door — standard everywhere in New Zealand.

  • Auckland depot collection — available on rooftop tents & awning orders. We'll email you when it's ready.

Timeframes and freight

  • Auckland — 1–3 business days, from $69. Free collect from depot (Tent /Awnings).

  • North Island — 2–4 business days, from $139. Free collect from depot in Auckland (Tent /Awnings).

  • South Island — 3–7 business days, from $248.

  • Rural and remote South Island — 4–8 business days, from $459.

Important: these timeframes start once your order is in our warehouse and ready to dispatch. If your item is on pre-order, add the lead time shown on the product page.

Timeframes are estimates and can vary with location, freight capacity or weather. Rural deliveries take longer.

Heads-up: the tent box is large and heavy. If you're collecting it yourself, you'll need roof racks or a trailer — it won't fit inside most vehicles.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA

We ship to Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and the ACT. Freight is calculated at checkout and charged in AUD.

 

Australian orders are delivered to your closest freight depot for collection — we'll email you when it's ready to pick up.

Import duties, GST and customs clearance are covered by us — the price at checkout is the price you pay, with nothing to settle on collection.

We don't currently ship to Western Australia, the Northern Territory or Tasmania. Get in touch if that's where you are and we'll see what we can do.
